workshop structure
This is a five-hour event designed for you to explore what gets in the way of your nourishment and self love. We will be sitting with different gentle plant medicines like Hapé and Cacao to cultivate more inner peace and to drink in the nourishment Earth provides, learning how to drop your roots deeper. Strengthening our relationship to all that is available for us. We will be practicing kundalini activation, elemental dance, water practices, and connection with the land in Ojai, all in support of self love. Attendees will receive an email with details beforehand.

Step 1
Step one is all about you. Welcoming in the directions, the elements, and Earth’s sacred medicines. We begin by opening, exploring, and releasing that which gets in the way of wholeness.

In step two we shift our focus to drinking in the nourishment and support that is provides to each of us, always. Building the relationship to what is always available. Creating more access and depth.

We put everything together in step 3. You will be manifesting and embodying your fullest, more nourished self. Sealing the medicines in and your new found discoveries of more self love, a deeper more grounded self, and the inner peace of having full support.
