We gently guide you to build relationships with plants and nature. The Deepening plant ceremonies and rituals invite you to discover and explore the wisdom that lies within ourselves through the guidance of our great plant allies.
This includes one of a kind ancestral tea medicine, nourishing high frequency food and other spiritual ceremonies and rituals.
In our retreats we start and end our days with this medicine.

WE RELEASE EMOTIONS
Energy medicine refers to the movement of light from the generator to the healer to the consumer. We are trained to see, feel, and move energies.
We will share what comes up in your body and field in our healing and channeling sessions. In our retreats this is a daily practice, you will unconsciously be moving stuck energies in and through your body and be empowered with new lighter energies. It's heartful, strong, powerful, life changing and whatever you make out of it.

Still, they create internal conflict in different ways which makes our collective consciousness complex. At The Deepening we offer a way for you to meet your programmed story and to step into a space of surrender, allowance, acceptance, and ultimately loving all of yourself.
We truly believe that the most effective way to work with yourself is to work together in a group because it not only speeds up your own consciousness, it allows you to relate and connect deeply with other people.
In our retreats we work with one constellation and relating exercise per day.
